Monitoring for Conventional Drilling

The drilling fluid after coming out of hole goes through bell nipple and through EKM skid, and then to shale shakers or mud-gas separator (MGS). Under such a setup, the drilling parameters and mud volumetric rate can be captured and recorded. The kick or loss warning messages will be communicated along with the real time calculation.

Monitoring for UBD or MPD Drilling

The drilling fluid after coming out of hole goes through RCD and then through EKM monitoring skid, and the discharge line of EKM skid goes to shale shakers and/or MGS. Under such a setup,  EKM Early Kick & Loss Monitoring System is activated and the drilling parameters can be captured and recorded. The kick or loss warning messages will be communicated along with the real time calculation.
