Neotor® NTS-M High Pressure Resistant LCM

Neotor® is an engineered lost circulation material dominated by high-strength, flake-shaped particles manufactured via a specialized proprietary process. Composed of thermally stable, chemically inert materials, it is specifically designed for extreme high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) conditions. Under applied differential pressure, the optimized particle size distribution allows granular elements to bridge deeply within the fracture network, mechanically interlocking to increase near-wellbore stress. This initial framework enables multi-shaped particulates to subsequently fill and compact, forming an ultra-tight, low-permeability seal that enhances the local fracture gradient.
