Super Seal Blended —— GT-N 

GT-N is a LCM to be added into drilling or completion fluids for curing loss or increase formation bearing pressure. It is manufactured of specialized flake,   granular, and fibrous materials of controlled length, giving proper size distribution which make it considerably more effective than using only single type of LCM.

GT-N is functional in both water and invert emulsion drilling fluids systems with minimal  effects on fluid properties. It can be mixed directly to the active system or used in conjunction with other LCM materials in high concentration pills depending on the severity  of the lost circulation incident.

GT-N has three kinds of specifications:

Soluble Super SeaI Blended —— GT-S

GT-S is a LCM to be added into drilling or completion fluids for curing losses or increase formation bearing pressure. It is manufactured of specialized flake, granular, and fibrous materials of controlled length, giving proper size distribution which make it considerably more effective than using only single type of LCM. More than 92% acid solubility of this product makes it suitable for reservoir sections where remedial acid treatments may be desired.

GT-S is functional in both water and invert emulsion drilling fluids systems with minimal effects on fluid properties. It can be mixed directly to the active system or used in conjunction with other LCM materials in high concentration pills depending on the severity of the lost circulation incident.

Neotor® High Pressure Bearing LCM —— NTS-M

NTS-M is a LCM mixture with unique properties and is dominated with flake shaped particles that are manufactured with special process. It inserts material with high temperature & pressure resistance. From pressure squeezed, grain shaped bridging particles enter fractures deeply to establish bridges in order to increase near wellbore stress. This also provides channels for different shaped plugging materials to fill and compact under pressure to form a high pressure resistant plug.

Neotor® Acid-Soluble LCM —— NTS-S

NTS-S is manufactured with special technique which has acid-soluble ability above 98%, it is more beneficial to be used for curing loss in pay zone.

Neotor® Drilling Seal LCM —— NT-DS

NT-DS is composed of optimized micro particles of various types to stop loss of circulation to micro fractures and fractures. Big particles can establish bridge within fractures, small particles will fill the voids to stop losses and gas invasion. It can be applied to prevent or stop seepage losses before drilling into permeable or micro fractures formation.

Neotor® Squeeze PIug LCM —— NT-T

NT-T has the property of high solid content and high water loss which can be compressed to be a plug by differential pressure (ΔP). It can be applied on fractured formation to stop loss of circulation. It is practical and efficient to prevent gas ascending during tripping operation in gas well.

Polymer LCM —— MudPlug 

MudPlug is a water-soluble, temperature-responsive and low molecular weight polymer product. When added to water-based drilling fluid, it would produce a rubber-like ring gel structure (120 - 240mins). MudPlug strength also can be controlled by adding different treatment agents.
